OUR TERMS
Processing Time. Ready To Wear orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom orders require additional production time and processing estimates will be provided at the time of purchase.
Shipping. Orders are shipped through trusted carriers within the United States. Once an order has shipped, Crown & Crystal Nail Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Tracking. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
Damaged or Incorrect Orders. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will review each case individually and work toward an appropriate resolution.
50% Deposit. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your commission slot and begin the design process. The deposit and remaining 50% balance are invoiced separately. The balance is due prior to shipment.
Design Approval. Commission sets are created collaboratively. Design details, color palettes, and embellishments are confirmed with the client before production begins. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.
Production Time. Commission sets typically require 2–4 weeks of production time after the deposit has been received and the design has been approved. Timelines may vary based on complexity and current order volume.
Cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable. If a commission is cancelled by the client after the deposit is paid, the deposit will not be returned. Cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
Crown & Crystal Nail Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
