Every custom set at Crown & Crystal Nail Co. is individually handcrafted and designed exclusively for you. Please review the policies below before placing your custom order.

Signature Collection starts at $60.

Premium Collection starts at $80.

Luxe Collection starts at $120.

Collection prices are starting prices only.

Final pricing is determined by design complexity, crystal coverage, specialty materials, and the time required to complete your set.

If your design requires additional labor or belongs in a different collection than the one selected, I will contact you with an updated quote before production begins.

No work will begin until the final quote has been approved.

A non-refundable $30 deposit is required to reserve your production slot.

The deposit is applied toward your final balance.

The Premium Crystal Upgrade is available for an additional $75.

If selected, the $75 upgrade is paid in full at checkout along with the $30 deposit.

The Premium Crystal Upgrade payment is non-refundable.

After reviewing your custom order, I will send your final invoice if necessary.

Your remaining balance must be paid before your order ships.

Production begins only after your deposit has been received and any updated quote has been approved.

Most custom orders are completed within approximately 2–4 weeks after your design has been approved.

Processing times may vary depending on design complexity and current order volume.

Customers may request a preferred delivery date.

Dates less than 14 days from the order date are unavailable.

Preferred delivery dates are requested but cannot be guaranteed.

Inspiration photos are encouraged and help communicate your vision.

Crown & Crystal Nail Co. does not duplicate or recreate another artist's work.

Every custom set is thoughtfully designed as an original piece inspired by your references while reflecting the Crown & Crystal style.

Customers may order:

Small Medium Large Custom Measurements

Customers selecting Custom Measurements are responsible for submitting accurate measurements.

Crown & Crystal Nail Co. is not responsible for incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

Minor changes may be requested before your final design has been approved.

Once production has begun, design changes cannot be accommodated.

The $30 deposit is non-refundable.

Premium Crystal Upgrade payments are non-refundable.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of press-on nails, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Crown & Crystal Nail Co. does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders.

Please carefully review your order before submitting it.

If you receive the incorrect order or your order arrives damaged, contact info@crowncrystalnailco.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Orders ship worldwide.

Tracking information is provided once shipped.

Crown & Crystal Nail Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, Crown & Crystal Nail Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If necessary, I will gladly assist you with filing a carrier claim.
